What the audit delivers

One audit, two results your leadership team signs off on

Your CTO is accountable for risk. Your CFO is accountable for the numbers. In 3 weeks, both get something they can take to the board.

For the CTO

Audit-ready Yardi access, documented

  • ✓Every user and role reviewed against your internal controls and SOC 2 requirements.
  • ✓Former staff and excess access removed in week one, with your approval.
  • ✓An access record you can hand to auditors or use in your next tabletop exercise.
  • ✓A map of every integration and where data leaves Yardi.

The result: no Yardi surprises at your next board audit.

For the CFO

Clean data and a clear view of your reporting

  • ✓A full report inventory showing which YSR and SQL reports are used, duplicated, or broken.
  • ✓A data quality scorecard covering duplicate vendors, tenants, and properties, and mapping errors that skew your numbers.
  • ✓Reports finished outside Yardi flagged wherever your team exports to Excel to complete them.
  • ✓Every issue ranked by impact with the effort to fix it, so you can budget with confidence.

The result: fewer surprises in the numbers, and a clear plan for cleaner reporting.

✓ Your team gets one ranked roadmap and a 2-page executive summary, written so it can go straight to your CTO, CFO, or investment committee.

Six angles on your Yardi environment

Audit flags and unreliable reports usually trace back to a few setup decisions made years ago. We review every one with your team.

Every YSR and SQL report listed, with which are used, duplicated, broken, or finished in Excel.

Integrations and custom code

Redundant interfaces, outdated custom scripts, and reports that slow the system down.

The real cost of running Yardi in-house

Most funds pay for Yardi twice: the licence, and the people working around it

Finance staff rebuild reports by hand, and a single in-house admin carries the whole system. Move the sliders to see what that costs your firm today.

The 360° Audit is a one-time, 3-week review. It finds and ranks issues; it doesn't take over any of your Yardi work. If you later choose co-managed support, Bellforth becomes an extension of your finance and IT team: you keep ownership and approvals, and we handle the day-to-day Yardi work.

Estimates only. Benefits are counted at 31.5% of total pay, the average for full-time U.S. private-industry workers (BLS, June 2026), so each salary is grossed up by about 46%. Hourly cost assumes 2,080 paid hours a year. Default salaries reflect 2026 job postings for senior fund accountants ($90k to $140k) and Yardi systems roles ($69k to $132k).

How the audit runs

3 weeks, about 2 hours a week of your team's time

  1. Week 1

    Kickoff and quick wins

Read-only access, interviews with your finance and system owners, and the first fixes delivered.

  2. Week 2

    Six-area review

Data, security, reporting, architecture, data flow, and AI-readiness reviewed against how your funds are structured.

  3. Week 3

    Readout and roadmap

A working session with the people who run Yardi day to day, plus a 2-page executive summary they can take straight to leadership.

Our promise: 10 fixable issues, or you don't pay

In 3 weeks, we'll hand you at least 10 specific, fixable issues across your data, access, and reporting. If we find fewer, we keep working for free until we reach 10. If we still can't, we refund every dollar.

To qualify, your team gives us system access and joins the kickoff and interviews in the first week. This promise is written into your contract.

FAQ

Questions before you book

Who is the 360° Audit for?

Real estate fund managers, sponsors, and operators already running Yardi Voyager, typically with several entities or funds and a finance team of three or more.

Are you part of Yardi?

No. Bellforth is an independent consultancy. We work inside your existing Yardi licence and alongside your Yardi account team.

What access do you need?

Read-only access for the audit. Any changes in week one are made with your approval, in a test database first where you have one.

How much of my team's time does it take?

About two hours a week: a kickoff, short interviews with your finance and system owners, and the final readout.

What happens after the audit?

You keep the roadmap whatever you decide. If you move to co-managed support, the audit fee is credited in full.

Do you work with systems besides Yardi?

Yes. We connect Yardi to ServiceNow, TRIRIGA, Nuvolo, Power BI, and Tableau, and review those integrations as part of the audit.
